Can I stick normal stickers on a glass votives for candles?
I'm in love with cupcakes and I'm deciding to get a vanilla cupcake scent candle and put it in the glass votive. On the glass votive will be cupcake stickers. Is it safe for the stickers to be on the glass votive or not? Can I use those iron-on transfers for clothes and iron it on to the glass votive?
As long as you never burn the candle there will be no problem. It is when you burn a candle that things like ordinary stickers can catch alight and cause a fire. There are special papers and stickers made for candles to solve this very important problem. You could decorate the candle then cut the wick down too short to be lit, and it would just smell nice and look pretty, if that is enough?
