how do you lose weight while your pregnate?
Im 8 weeks.. im getting married on sept 30th is there a heathly way for get rid of the little bit of "pouch" that i have without harming my precious one? i dont want to hurt my baby at all.. but i wanna fit into my wedding dress.... Is there a safe excersize? certain foods? help please.
Congratulations on your wedding and the baby! So much fun!! I got married when I was 6 months pregnant, and the only advice I can give is to get a bigger dress! Try finding one that flatters your "pouch" and makes you look pregnant instead of pudgy. I just looked fat! LOL! Even though it is possible to lose weight, I don't believe anyone would recommend it. At this stage you should be gaining a few pounds. Although I lost 25 pounds when I was pregnant with my firstborn, I did nothing to encourage it. If it is absolutly necessary, try walking or bike riding. Don't go jogging or do sit-ups as it can harm the baby. Also, try using laxatives, b/c as we all know, those lovely prenatal vitamins tend to make us constipated! Don't over-do the laxatives as it could be harmful, but a light laxative won't hurt anything. Maybe you should speak with your OB/GYN for suggestions. Good Luck in all your future endeavors!!!
